Indian scorers, at their best

After watching all the eight teams in ISL Season 2, good news for Indian Football is Indian domestic Players are doing equally good with their foreign counterpart. It was unspoken truth in Indian Fotball for more than decade and half, that most of the Club teams often rely overseas players to score for them as strikers. It caused all the I-League 1 and 2 or State League clubs filled with 2 foreigner as strikers. Therefore supply of Indian Strikers reduced drastically, State Teams in Santosh Trophy and Indian National Teams suffered a lot for that. But ISL Season has raised the standard standard of Indian Football as as Indian goal scorers. When we see first 4 matches of ISL Season with 16 goals on an average of 4 goals per match. We also an Indian goal scorer in every Match, like Jeje, Mandar Desai ( Though later it adjudged as own goal) Israel Gurung and Md Rafi. We have seen how the assist came from Romeo Fernandez, Israel Gurung or Rafi. Over all first four matches all eight teams played, its a brilliantly positive start of ISL Season 2
